Led the development and marketing for MyMamaSays.com, a project that extended beyond a traditional children’s book to include a fully integrated e-commerce presence and educational resources. Leveraged expertise in digital platform management and product sourcing to create a multi-faceted online experience focused on children’s emotional learning.

Achievements:

  • Website and Online Store Development: Designed and implemented the official website for MyMamaSays, alongside setting up and managing the Amazon Store, Google Merchant Center, and Instagram Shop. This multi-platform approach ensured comprehensive market coverage and accessibility.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Developed and executed a detailed go-to-market plan that encapsulated not just the book launch but also the introduction of associated merchandise. The strategy included digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and conversions across all platforms.
  • Product Sourcing and Manufacturing: Utilized connections from previous roles at Global Merchandising Services to source and manufacture children's toys. These toys were custom-made to represent characters from the book, adding a tangible element to the storytelling experience and enhancing brand engagement.
  • Educational Content and Tools: Created EmotionWonderland.com, a subsidiary site that features funnels and curriculum delivery systems for parents seeking resources on children's emotions. This initiative was part of a broader strategy to provide value-added content that supports the book’s educational goals.
