Directed the holistic development and marketing of PD Reimagined and its spin-off, the "Teach, Reflect, Recharge, Repeat" podcast. This initiative revitalizes the educational landscape by providing continuous support and inspiration to educators through a multi-faceted platform and a series of engaging podcast episodes. My role encompassed overseeing website development, event marketing, content creation, and digital strategy to support educators' mental health, wellness, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

  • Integrated Platform and Content Development: Managed the creation of the PD Reimagined website, which offers resources, membership options, and monthly virtual summits. Extended the platform’s reach and influence through the podcast, featuring discussions with thought leaders across various fields to inspire and educate teachers.
  • Event Marketing and Production: Orchestrated live and virtual events that connected educators with industry experts, enhancing professional development and community engagement. Each event was meticulously designed to foster learning, reflection, and actionable strategies for classroom and personal success.
  • Digital Strategy and Audience Engagement: Implemented robust digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote both PD Reimagined and the podcast. This strategy significantly increased membership enrollments and podcast listenership, achieving over 50,000 streams within the initial episodes.
  • CRM and Sales Enablement: Utilized advanced CRM tools to manage member interactions and tailor communications. Developed strategic initiatives that effectively conveyed the benefits of both the PD platform and podcast, resulting in heightened participant engagement and subscription uptake.
  • Content Synergy and Impact Measurement: Coordinated content between the PD Reimagined platform and the podcast to ensure thematic consistency and maximize impact. Regularly analyzed engagement metrics and feedback to refine content offerings and adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
